First off, people have been sending me questions for the JDM Fan Sites Conference Call. I didn’t get an invite to participate, so I won’t have an opportunity to ask your questions. Sorry:-(

You should direct them to one of the other fansites since they were good questions! Better than my “what’s your favourite colour” standby. But no “boxers or briefs” questions, okay??

Okay, over to our guest blogger, who wants to talk to you about Donate JDM, which is down to its last days for fundraising (Warning – I DID say it was hokey. This is your last chance to turn back!)

Hi, Darla here. Usually I just go online to look at pictures of German Shepherds and Great Danes at the American Kennel Club site and order dog treats from 3 Dog Bakery when no one’s looking. But I was surfing and just found out about Donate JDM and The Brittany Foundation. Did you know there are dogs that live in shelters? That’s just wrong!

EVERY dog should have a home, and a human at their beck and call. The lady at the shelter looks very nice, but dogs need to have someplace to call home, a sofa to lay on and a bed to curl up on. Hey if it’s good enough for you…

So how you can help? You can donate money to Donate JDM. Just click on the picture below and you can make a donation. It will help The Brittany Foundation in finding a home for these dogs. And keep an eye out for auctions. Some of those items looks very chewable!

Or you can go buy a bracelet at Laughing Vixen’s Supernatural Etsy Shop. She’ll donate part of all sales to Donate JDM. So far she’s raised $250. That’s a lot of milk bones!

And if you can’t donate, that’s okay. You can always leave a birthday message. And one for the dogs too!

Ha ha! Glad you like it. Darla likes being the centre of attention too, so it's win-win!

But you're awesome for doing it! I will post about it again before it's over. But Darla's blogging career is over, I think.

I can't wait to get the bracelet. I was thinking of having a contest and using it as a prize, but I will probably keep it.

If you want to do a giveaway I would be more than happy to donate whatever you would like to give away. I do lots of giveaways as it's good promotion and was actually thinking of asking you if you would like to do one. If you're interested we can talk about it over emails.
