So what’s Chinese for “Finally, it’s about time!” As you probably know, Shanghai, a movie Jeffrey Dean Morgan filmed in 2008, is getting a Chinese release on June 17. And today we finally received a trailer! The trailer may have spoilers, but if you’re a Jeffrey Dean Morgan fan the “spoiler” shouldn’t come as much of a surprise!

Here’s a synopsis of the film :

The story is about an American who returns to a corrupt Japanese occupied Shanghai during the Second World War to discover his friend’s death. While unraveling the mysteries of this death and the seedy underbelly of Shanghai politics he discovers a much larger secret his own government is hiding. Source
