A photographer in Puerto Rico has posted some lovely pictures from the set of The Losers. None with Jeffrey Dean Morgan (so far!) but they are wonderful nonetheless!

This is the just released leaked movie poster for The Losers from Comic Con. This was drawn with “some likenesses of the actors” included.

That sort of looks like Jeffrey Dean Morgan, but that doesn’t look much like Idris Elba.

And filming officially started yesterday, so hopefully we’ll see some pics of Jeffrey Dean Morgan and the cast soon.

Remember Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his BFF Jackie Earle Haley during the Watchmen press tour? They were inseparable! Could anything come between them?

We’ll see next April 16, when both have major movies being released. The Losers, which hasn’t even begun filming!, goes up against Jackie Earle Haley as Freddie Krueger in The Nightmare on Elm Street remake.

Now I have to read another comic book graphic novel!  Actually, this looks good! And I’ve been wasting my time reading Margaret Atwood!

Does this mean another Jeffrey Dean Morgan doll action figure??

Clay – The Leader, easily identified by a consistent use of black suits without ties. Commonly referred to as ‘the Colonel,’ perhaps alluding to his rank prior to the team’s "death." A meticulous planner, initiative-taker and an excellent leader, Clay harbors the largest grudge against Max, at times appearing visibly angry at the mention of his name. Got it here

The guy behind it all is FRANK CLAY, former commander of the "Losers" Special Forces unit. His handlers at the CIA tried to kill him, and he’s the kind of guy who takes that sort of thing personally. He wants to punish the Agency for what he sees as their wrongdoing – although there’s an extent to which that’s just an excuse for good old fashioned payback."  Got it here

‘Watchmen’ actor to star in comic adaptation

"Watchmen" star Jeffrey Dean Morgan is in negotiations to topline "The Losers" for Warner Bros. with Sylvain White directing.

Project’s an adaptation of the DC-Vertigo comicbook about a band of black ops commandos who are set up to be killed by their own government. They barely survive and set out to get even.

The James Vanderbilt-scripted project is being financed by Dark Castle Entertainment with Dark Castle’s Joel Silver, Weed Road’s Akiva Goldsman and Kerry Foster producing.

Morgan starred opposite Hilary Swank in "P.S. I Love You." White last directed the Screen Gems hit "Stomp the Yard."

WATCHMEN’s Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a LOSER

Jeffrey Dean Morgan, hot off his turn as The Comedian in Zack Snyder’s WATCHMEN, is in negotiations to sign ontoTHE LOSERS from WB.

The "Watchmen" star is in negotiations to board another comic book project, "The Losers," from Warner Bros. and Silver Pictures.

Sylvain White is directing the adaptation of the Vertigo book, which follows a special forces team betrayed by their handler and left for dead. The Losers regroup in the interest of revenge and the opportunity to remove their names from a secret CIA death list and to conduct covert operations against the CIA and its interests.

Morgan would play Clay, the group’s leader, whose signature look favors black suits without ties.

Black suit, no tie? Works for me!
