Want to know the details of Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s role in Jonah Hex?
He plays the best friend of Jonah Hex and the son of John Malkavich’s character, Quinton Turnbull, who’s the villian in the movie. I think JDM’s name is Jeb Turnbull. He’s in the movie for about 5 minutes. If you’ve seen pictures from the movie, you know Jonah Hex is scarred by branding. This was done by Quinton as punishment for Jonah causing the death of his son. Yes, JDM is dead in this.
The movie has supernatural elements to it and Jonah has the power to re-animate the dead by touching them. He goes to Jeb’s grave and brings him back to life to ask him details about his dad, so Jonah can defeat him.
But good news, apparently he looks “hot” and not dead and corpse-like!
